Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
jilia reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilia login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — jilia will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. For non-material amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the jilia platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution by jilia's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority. jilia operates under applicable online gaming regulations and acknowledges the jurisdiction of relevant Philippine regulatory bodies over disputes arising from licensed gaming operations.
